Have you tried a mooncup?

Screen Shot 2015-12-08 at 11.14.53The estimated cost a woman spends on sanitary products in her lifetime is £18,000. Mooncup Ltd. was established in the UK in 2002, with a mission to make women’s experience of menstruation more positive, healthy and eco-friendly. The Mooncup is a small flexible silicone cup that is inserted into the vagina as an alternative to tampons and sanitary towels. It is easy to insert and forms a light seal that holds it in place. You cannot feel it. To remove, you pinch the end, the seal is released, it is emptied, rinsed and reinserted. It does not need to be emptied as much as you would change tampons or sanitary towels. It comes in two sizes, depending on your age and if you have had children. It is OK for sports, including swimming.
