What does technology have to offer?
Reproduction without sex
Author: Professor Joyce Harper
As part of International Women’s Day, last week I gave a Lunch Hour Lecture at University College London on Reproduction without sex, what does technology have to offer? Since the birth of Louise Brown in 1978, IVF has become a multi billion dollar business. New technology is continuously being developed.
In this talk I discuss egg freezing, egg and sperm donation, surrogacy and preimplantation genetic diagnosis.
I will write posts about each of these topics. You can view the whole talk on the link below.
