Drinking more water helps you lose weight?

Adults that increased the daily intake of plain water reduced the total daily calorie intake as well as the consumption of saturated fat, sugar, sodium and cholesterol, according to a study published by the Journal of Human Nutrition and Dietetics.
People drink about 4 cups of plain water daily, which accounts for about 30% of their total water consumption. The rest comes from beverages like coffee, tea, juice and food.
