Was your fertility treatment on hold over lockdown?
UK study on fertility treatment delay and coronovirus
Author: Professor Joyce Harper
The Coronavirus epidemic has resulted in many global fertility clinics having to pause their treatments for their patients. In the UK, all IVF clinics closed during this time. This pause or delay in fertility treatments has been widely reported on in UK newspapers and has, understandably impacted patients.
A study from the Institute for Women’s Health, led by Dr Zeynep Gurtin, aims to learn about the experiences of UK fertility patients at this moment in time and to better understand the impact of treatment delay due to Coronavirus on their lives, relationships, attitudes and feelings.
The survey is open to all men and women in the UK who were at any stage of their fertility treatment, including those who were waiting to begin. We would love you to take part in this online, anonymous survey which can be completed on a computer, tablet or phone in about 15 mins. Please click here to take the survey.
Thank you for your help.
